Job Summary

  • You will manage the daily street-hail services operations of licenced street-hail operators and their services, ensuring compliance to the existing regulations to safeguard passengers’ and drivers’ safety and interest.
  • You will also monitor development of the industry and apprise the management with operational insights for the evaluation and implementation of vehicular-level policies and schemes.
  • Besides liaising with many stakeholders from taxi operators and drivers’ associations, you will play an active role coordinating with various government agencies such as Ministry of Transport, Public Transport Council, and different departments within LTA.
