  • Key Accountabilities include Compensation Management, benefits, payroll coordination, and annual salary reviews, as well as Talent management and Legal and social monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
