This role involves overseeing the entire Human Resources strategy for our operations in Turkiye, covering both Food & Beverage and Retail sectors.
Key Accountabilities include Compensation Management, benefits, payroll coordination, and annual salary reviews, as well as Talent management and Legal and social monitoring.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
