The primary purpose of this role is to attend to and greet visitors and answer the telephone, limited to clerical duties in the Reception/Administrative area.
Essential duties include providing general administrative and clerical support, checking visitors in, informing employees of arrivals, and maintaining the reception area.
This position requires the ability to maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information, including protected health information.
