Lead the development and continuous improvement of EHS programs that strengthen a proactive safety culture and ensure full regulatory and corporate compliance.
Oversee all aspects of EHS initiatives and reporting for the business (Arlington site) and manage sustainability efforts.
Deliver effective training through coaching and mentorship for all site associates and support the site leadership in partnering to promote a proactive safety culture.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, environmental science, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of relevant EHS experience
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of state and federal OSHA legislation
Experience with Incident Investigation methods
Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
