Job Summary

  • You will support manufacturing, supply chain, and R&D facilities by implementing Health and Safety (EHS) programs, training, and systems to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and initiatives.
  • Key responsibilities include managing employee health and safety programs such as ergonomic injury prevention, chemical and waste management, machine guarding, lockout/tagout procedures, electrical safety, industrial hygiene, air emissions, stormwater and wastewater management, emergency response, and incident investigation.

Salary

Base: $143,200.00 - $214,800.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP); Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, Life Insurance, LTD, Dependent Daycare FSA, Tuition Assistance, 401(k) with match, ESPP, EAP, etc.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years of EHS experience
  • Advanced degree and 5+ years of EHS experience
  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA regulations
  • Proven experience leading audits and investigations
  • Proven experience with regulatory interactions
