Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in all facets of store operations, developing and promoting a sales culture through individualized solutions and outstanding guest service experiences.
Responsibilities include ensuring products are easy to see and buy, building sales through product knowledge, maintaining a clean environment, and growing guest loyalty.
This position supervises Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager and is eligible for incentive programs, health benefits, PTO, 401(k), and employee discounts.
