Job Summary
The Packaging Team Manager provides technical support and leadership to direct, facilitate, and coordinate the performance, development, and improvement of the overall operation.
This position has the responsibility of establishing/maintaining a capable, continuously improving, high quality work force with focus on improving plant equipment reliability, quality, process, and efficiency at the lowest sustainable cost.
Manage and lead a team of supervisors to deliver quality and quantity of production to meet demand, while directing and managing Maintenance and Production resources to meet and exceed all safety, health and environmental regulations.

Key Requirements
3-5 years of management experience
Experience in a technical role (maintenance, engineering, operations)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar field
Food or beverage production experience preferred
Process improvement experience in food manufacturing preferred
