Job Summary
The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for performing comprehensive inspections on all parts, components, and activities to ensure strict compliance with Engineering Standards and QA Procedures.
This role requires full authority to identify nonconforming conditions, generate reports, and halt production work pending resolution to maintain quality integrity.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma, 3-5 years of railcar repair or manufacturing experience, and the ability to gain NDT Visual Testing Level II Certification.

Review of NDT logs and valve certs
Ability to climb ladders up to 14 feet
Wear safety equipment including respirators

Key Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent

NDT Visual Testing (VT) Level II Certification per AAR M1002 Appendix T
Vision correctable to 20/30 for inspection activities
Working knowledge of U.S. and Canadian regulations
