  • This position provides routine patient care to promote patient comfort and contribute to the overall patient plan of care while floating throughout various hospital departments including ICU, MedSurg, and ED.
  • Banner Health offers a $3000 sign-on bonus for new Certified/Licensed CNA/LNA hires along with a flat rate $1/hour weekend shift differential and an 18% night shift differential.

  • Basic Life Support BLS certification
  • Flexible availability for floating units
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Current CNA license in state of practice
  • BLS Certification meeting AHA guidelines
  • 1 year of acute care experience preferred
  • Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card if applicable
