Base: $220,000 - $292,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Highly competitive equity grants included; Benefits: Top-tier comprehensive benefits package available at little to no cost

10+ years strategic supply chain experience
5+ years team management experience
PCBA manufacturing and SMT processing expertise
M&A integration planning leadership
Geopolitical risk assessment capabilities

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to command a room at all levels
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
Proven ability to manage diverging thoughts
Experience with CAD and GD&T standards
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, engineering, or supply chain
10+ years experience in strategic supply chain and corporate development
5+ years managing supply chain professionals
