Job Summary
This role will play a key part in our Americas and Corporate close process, providing hands on preparation, support, analysis, and partnership over compensation accounting.
Prepare journal entries, analyses, and balance sheet reconciliations for payroll actuals, payroll accruals, bonus, benefits, insurance, relocation, mobility, PTO, deferred comp and other compensation areas.
Partner with key accounting and finance departments such as Payroll, Treasury, Tax, FP&A, and Risk/Legal, to ensure accurate and complete accounting over compensation areas.
