  • Own and execute the global trade compliance strategy, ensuring adherence to all import/export regulations while reinforcing a culture of “performance AND compliance” across the Radiometer Global Supply Chain organization.
  • Drive adoption of trade compliance technologies and automation in classification, licensing, valuation, and auditing workflows to improve scalability, accuracy, and decision speed.
  • Design, coach, and develop a network of trade compliance subject matter experts and country Trade champions to support Radiometer's global footprint ensuring sustainable capability and succession depth.
