Collecting and analyzing quantitative data such as: headcount; occupancy, collaboration, and utilization; floor plan layout, efficiency, and functionality, as well as developing an understanding of clients’ existing operating models for real estate and facilities management services.
Helping clients to implement their preferred scenario through a change management and communications programme, including planning and managing the change management process, and collateral preparation and presentation (graphic, text, video, etc.).
