Job Summary

  • The Director, Compensation is responsible for leading the design, delivery, and governance of key compensation programs that support Envista’s talent and business strategy.
  • Serve as the strategic partner on compensation and equity programs, supporting annual cycles, program design, benchmarking, regulatory considerations, and materials for senior leadership and the Compensation Committee, as appropriate.
  • The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
