Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 3+ years direct Employee Relations experience
  • Conduct reviews of sensitive employee relations issues
  • Partner with Ethics & Compliance and Legal teams
  • Draft coaching or disciplinary documents
  • Provide consultative support to business leaders

Nice-to-have

  • Labor Relations knowledge or Unionized employee support
  • Strong emotional intelligence in handling sensitive situations
  • Ability to analyze data for workplace initiatives
  • Experience delivering ER training to managers

Key Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree required
  • 3+ years of direct Employee Relations experience
  • Skilled in MS Excel, Word, SharePoint & PowerPoint
