Manage the Affluent Market sales function for assigned geographic region’s retail markets, providing direct supervision to the sales team through the coordination of sales initiatives.
Assist in attracting and recruiting Financial Advisors for the region, while also providing support regarding training and Advisor development, creating a motivating environment and recognizing the success of employees.
Participate in designing, marketing and implementing strategies to promote business and securities/insurance sales, and direct the gathering and preparing of all sales requests following established reporting requirements.
