Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide leadership, direction, and solution-oriented thinking to the Site Leadership Team while ensuring advocacy for the customer.
  • This role acts as the site-based customer champion, developing unconstrained unit forecasts for the S&OP process and supporting Factory Direct and Enterprise accounts.
  • The manager must adhere to all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements including FDA regulations and ISO certifications while driving team performance towards key metric targets.
