Job Summary
Lead, coordinate, and supervise daily operations and maintenance activities across multiple disciplines (HVAC, Electrical, Piping, Instrumentation & Controls, and UPW), ensuring all work meets safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives while maintaining compliance.
Oversee execution of preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance (CM), and troubleshooting activities, manage commissioning of new equipment, and prioritize daily work using Maintenance Connection (CMMS).
Develop and implement training plans, coach, mentor, and evaluate craft personnel, and conduct Performance Management activities to ensure high proficiency and safe work practices.
