Job Summary

  • Ensure Perth Energy’s customers are billed correctly, in accordance with their contract, energy usage and applicable pricing.
  • Create and maintain accurate customer account data, charges and rates in the billing system, including CPI and market‑driven charges.
  • Respond to customer and internal billing enquiries, receipt and allocate payments, resolve account balance and payment allocation queries.
