Job Summary

  • Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to support customer service processes, to enable seamless customer engagement, onboarding, support case handling, and self-service capabilities.
  • Build and enhance Community portals, ensuring secure access control, responsive design, guided workflows, intuitive navigation, and dynamic content delivery.
  • Implement AI/Agentic capabilities in Experience Cloud portals to provide personalized experiences, automate repetitive workflows, surface predictive partner insights, and recommend next best actions.
