Job Summary
This position assumes responsibility for the construction, maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and other state and federal owned property and resources.
Primary responsibilities include minor mechanical, electrical and plumbing work; installing and repairing flooring systems, roofing systems, windows, doors and door hardware; sheetrock and painting.
This is a full-time state position that provides a percentage of matching contributions to employees’ retirement plans, 11 holidays, and a minimum of 15 days of annual and sick leave per year.
