Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control Systems, or related technical field preferred
5+ years of experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar role
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and equipment manuals
Strong background in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar)
Familiarity with AutoCAD (or similar CAD software)
