Job Summary

  • We’re seeking a forward-thinking, results-oriented communications leader who excels at execution and strategic collaboration to help shape the future of surgical robotics and digital surgery business.
  • This is a comprehensive communications role, prioritizing thought leadership and earned/owned media strategy, as well as strategic messaging and content development, social media and campaign activations, employee and culture communications, and issues management.
  • Building a deep understanding of surgery, connected technology, clinical and medical data, and healthcare markets will be required as a foundation to build and deploy an integrated global communications plan.

Salary

Base: $118,000.00 - $203,550.00; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: Vacation –120 hours per calendar year Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year

Key Requirements

  • 5–7 years of professional experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
  • Experience in healthcare, MedTech, robotics, or highly technical industries preferred
  • Demonstrated experience creating high‑quality written and visual content
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with matrixed teams
