Enbridge is seeking a Plant Manager for their Easter Wind facility in Canada, responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the plant while promoting a strong safety culture. The ideal candidate will have significant operational leadership experience and a commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance

Job Summary

  • Lead safe and reliable operations by managing all operational and maintenance activities for wind turbines and Balance of Plant (BOP) assets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Enbridge safety standards.
  • Drive financial performance and accountability by developing and managing the facility’s budget, forecasts, P&L reporting, explaining variances, managing procurement and work orders, and identifying opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency.
  • This role will require being on-call (24/7) to respond to emergencies and/or maintenance needs of the site and must reside within 75 miles of the site due to on-call requirements.

Key Requirements

  • Seven-plus years' experience OR nine-plus years of previous field operations experience
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
  • 3 years in a supervisory or management role
  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to obtain a Passport
  • Strong electrical systems knowledge preferred
  • Wind generation plant experience considered an asset
