Job Summary
Lead safe and reliable operations by managing all operational and maintenance activities for wind turbines and Balance of Plant (BOP) assets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Enbridge safety standards.
Drive financial performance and accountability by developing and managing the facility’s budget, forecasts, P&L reporting, explaining variances, managing procurement and work orders, and identifying opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency.
This role will require being on-call (24/7) to respond to emergencies and/or maintenance needs of the site and must reside within 75 miles of the site due to on-call requirements.

Key Requirements
Seven-plus years' experience OR nine-plus years of previous field operations experience
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
3 years in a supervisory or management role
Valid Driver’s License and ability to obtain a Passport
Strong electrical systems knowledge preferred
Wind generation plant experience considered an asset
