Job Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for day-to-day warehouse execution and performance across assigned areas (inbound, receiving, inventory, picking/packing/shipping).
This role partners closely with the Senior Operations Warehouse Manager and the Warehouse Operations Supervisors to ensure a safe, efficient, and accurate operation that consistently meets customer and internal service expectations.
The Warehouse Operations Manager helps develop frontline leaders, supports continuous improvement, and ensures adherence to Fullscript standards, systems, and compliance requirements.

Key Requirements
3+ years of warehouse/distribution experience
Progressive leadership responsibility
Experience leading teams through frontline leaders
Strong working knowledge of distribution center processes
Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
