Job Summary

  • The AMER Business Development (BDR) Business Operations Analyst plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, program execution, and cross-functional alignment across the AMER BDR organization.
  • This role partners closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Enablement, and Global teams to design, operationalize, and measure initiatives that improve pipeline generation, productivity, and execution rigor across 500+ BDRs.
