Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8+ years experience
Degree in Business Administration or Project Management preferred
Master’s degree strongly preferred
PMP or PRINCE2 certification strongly preferred
3+ years PMO or program leadership experience preferred
Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum
Additional certifications like PMI-ACP, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred
