Responsibilities include administering medications, managing care plans, participating in facility surveys, and maintaining accurate medical records and incident reports.

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
Graduate of approved LPN/LVN program or accredited college
Current CPR certification
Knowledge of PCC preferred
Must maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
