  • This role ensures projects are aligned with business priorities, delivered on time and within budget, and follow standardized project management practices.
  • The PMO Director will oversee project governance, portfolio visibility, resource coordination, and continuous improvement of project management capabilities across the organization, with four direct reports.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 8 - 12 years of experience in project management or program management
  • 3 - 5 years of experience leading or managing a PMO or project portfolio
  • PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP or PMI-ACP, or Agile/Scrum certifications (Preferred)
