The Director of the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) reports directly to the DGSOM Executive Director Academic Department Administration and is responsible for establishing, leading, and optimizing a small PMO that supports strategic project execution across the organization.
This role ensures projects are aligned with business priorities, delivered on time and within budget, and follow standardized project management practices.
The PMO Director will oversee project governance, portfolio visibility, resource coordination, and continuous improvement of project management capabilities across the organization, with four direct reports.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field
8 - 12 years of experience in project management or program management
3 - 5 years of experience leading or managing a PMO or project portfolio
PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP or PMI-ACP, or Agile/Scrum certifications (Preferred)
