Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager, you will provide leadership support to the team and the General Manager, directly supervising sales support functions and balancing time between client interaction, leadership support, sales initiatives, coaching, training, and talent acquisition.
You will grow the business by managing the Sales and Support team to drive sales and results, directing and managing teams to merchandise product for sales and visual impact daily, and preparing and conducting team meetings and product training.

Base: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Quarterly bonuses, no-cap commission up to $1.5M; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k w/4% match, paid time off, and more
