Job Summary
The primary purpose of the Activities Director position is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Activities Department in accordance with current federal, state, local, and corporate standards, regulations, and guidelines.
The Activities Director ensures an ongoing, resident-centered program of activities designed to meet the physical, mental, and psychosocial needs and interests of each resident based on comprehensive assessments.
Assist the Quality Assurance and Assessment Committee in identifying and correcting quality deficiencies.
