This position is critical in bridging the gap between our end users and offshore development team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software systems, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to handle support-related interactions directly with users.
Compensation includes a salary range of $75,000-$90,000 annually, health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with employer match, and paid time off.

Key Requirements
