The People & Culture Manager acts as employee relations liaison and is responsible for creating and maintaining effective strategies that ensure Fairmont Dallas attracts, selects and develops the most vibrant, enthusiast, engaging hospitality professionals around.
Respond to different employee inquiries in a professional and friendly manner, manage all the benefits processes and remain compliant at all times.
Support all recruitment and training activities while maintaining high standards and advise Director of People & Culture of all employee relation issues, complaints, disputes, or conflicts while being in full compliance with local and Federal legislation.
