Job Summary

  • As the Reliability Engineering Lead in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, you will spearhead the development and execution of asset reliability strategies to ensure consistent high-quality production.
  • Leveraging data driven maintenance practices and cross functional collaboration, you’ll lead efforts to reduce downtime, improve equipment performance and embed a culture of continuous improvement, all while upholding the highest standards of food quality, safety and compliance.
  • Support the delivery of people development, the role will have a responsibility to identify skill gaps to develop and deliver training courses across the Operational and Engineering teams.

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering
  • Proven experience in Reliability or Maintenance Leadership
  • Solid understanding of OEE, MTBF, MTTR
  • Proficient in reliability tools (RCFA, FEMEA, RCM, TPM, 5 Whys)
  • Skilled in CMMS (SAP preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years industrial experience
  • 2 years in a Trouble shooting role
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Must be flexible and able to work efficiently in a dynamic team
