Job Summary
This position will be focused on the expression, purification, and characterization of monoclonal and bispecific antibodies and antigens using mammalian cell systems, ensuring the production of high-quality proteins.
On a day-to-day basis, you will operate and maintain AKTA chromatography systems, employing multiple techniques such as affinity and size exclusion chromatography for purification.
The role also involves conducting rigorous bioanalytical assays, including Biacore, analytical SEC, and ELISA/MSD, to characterize proteins and evaluate critical quality attributes.
