  • The Advanced Practice Clinician will provide Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) and clinical evaluations for individuals with substance use disorders in Multnomah County jails and the Menlo Park Syringe Service Program.

Key Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Nursing
  • Oregon Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License
  • DEA License required
  • Previous experience prescribing buprenorphine
  • Pass background investigation and fingerprinting
  • COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
