Leads the identification and implementation of technology solutions designed to optimize processes and deliver measurable value, collaborating with clinical trial teams to assess their needs and explore opportunities for innovation.
Responsible for development and monitoring of metrics dashboards, leading audit/inspection activities including CAPA management, and sponsoring external resources while serving as a mentor to junior internal resources.
