  • As a Safety, Quality and Patient Experience (SQPE) Specialist – Sepsis Coordinator, you will play a critical role in advancing our sepsis care initiatives by ensuring adherence to evidence-based bundles, conducting chart audits and providing targeted education.
  • In this collaborative role, you will work closely with ICU, ED and Med-Surg teams, as well as physicians, to deliver presentations, share best practices and drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, Engineering or a related field
  • Five years of related experience
  • Experience with Joint Commission, HFAP or CMS surveys
  • Certified Patient Safety Professional (CPPS) within two years of hire
