  • Provide administrative support to the commercial activity and/or to the customers/patients, like contract management, customer organizations' interfaces, payors' interfaces (States or Private Insurance).
  • Receive and/or place predominantly routine calls, maintain detailed & current knowledge of company's products/services, and liaise with sales & technical staff to keep them up-to-date with customer needs.
