Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Familiarity with architectural drawings
Experience in construction management
Industrial project experience including warehouse and data center
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Key Requirements
3-5 years relevant project management experience
Understanding of technical requirements for business relocation
Experience with architectural and space planning concepts
Experience in independent project management preferred
Experience in industrial projects including technical due diligence
