Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Operate CT, X-ray, and fluoroscopic equipment
  • Maintain repeat rate below 6 percent
  • Apply radiation protection and shielding procedures
  • Manage sterile and non-sterile C-Arm conditions
  • Utilize EPIC system for exam documentation
  • Assess patients for abuse or neglect signs
  • Perform IV starts and patient transport

  • Experience with MRI scanning techniques

Key Requirements

  • ARRT Radiography registration required
  • ARRT Computed Tomography (CT) certification required
  • Current Massachusetts practice license
  • Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree
  • Completion of two-year AMA approved program
  • One year clinical training in CAT scanning
  • Two to three years of relevant experience
