The James Clinical Call Center Triage RN is responsible to be the primary responder to manage telephone calls within the defined scope of practice as established by the Ohio Board of Registered Nursing for established James patients.
The nurse uses established triage algorithms to guide the assessment and interventions that need to be taken and documents the assessment into the organizational electronic medical record.
This position involves a varying shift combination of days and evenings at the James Cancer Hospital location.
