This role is accountable to enable FRMC to be a high-performing team by providing relevant written standards and building team capabilities, simplifying and standardising ways of working for maximum efficiency, monitoring team performance to drive continuous improvement, and proactively anticipating emerging and upcoming regulatory risks and future business needs.
The role will lead proof of value (project plan and funding, execution oversight and outcome assessment); if outcome is positive, this role will feed into larger programs (managed by other teams such as GPOs, CI projects, etc.) for large scale deployments.
