Job Summary

• Establish and nurture trusted advisor relationships with key financial services clients, focusing on comprehensive business relationships across front office, operations, risk and technology functions.
• Spearhead sales, preparation of project proposals, points of view (PoVs), resource planning, and project estimations for client engagements, integrating across lines of services and global capabilities as required.
• Champion the growth and development of the junior members through mentorship, supervision, coaching, and recruitment.
