  • Collaborate closely with multifunctional teams—including commercial organization, product development, engineering, supply chain, and regulatory —to drive packaging projects from concept through commercialization.
  • Lead a team of 2 – 4 packaging researchers or engineers and troubleshoot packaging performance, quality, and sustainability issues.
