Base: $168,000 - $252,000 CAD (Vancouver); $173,300 - $309,600 USD (US locations); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits in Canada and US

8+ years software engineering experience

Ability to lead architectural decisions across teams
