This role directly contributes to the client and visitor experience of our building environment, supporting operational teams to provide a safe and functional workplace.
Responsibilities include managing the welcoming experience, supplier interactions, health & safety awareness, visitor and staff experience, conference room facilities, office supplies, and coordinating post/deliveries.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to internal stakeholders and business processes, ensuring tasks are carried out in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
