  • Knowledge of U.S. and Japanese regulatory environments
  • Ability to influence and manage complex initiatives
  • Administrative agency and workout experience

Key Requirements

  • Experience in financial institutions credit or risk function
  • BA or BS required, MBA preferred
  • Understanding of finance, accounting, and loan documentation
  • Knowledge of credit and risk management
  • Experience with project finance credits
  • Understanding of U.S. regulatory environment (OCC, FRB)
