Base: $122,800 - $184,200 USD (Atlanta); Base: $116,600 - $207,200 USD (Other US locations); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or commission; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available

Must-have

  • 6+ years project managing Enterprise ERP solutions
  • Experience implementing Workday or similar applications
  • Knowledge of HCM, Financials, or SIS business areas
  • Prior consulting experience with software companies
  • Managing project budgets and delivering profitably

Nice-to-have

  • Business development and service sales experience
  • Executive presence and strong influencing skills
  • Ability to travel 50 percent or more of the time
  • Experience with Microsoft Project or Smartsheets
  • Overseeing third-party vendors on projects

Key Requirements

  • Sr Engagement Manager (P4) level qualification
  • Principal Engagement Manager (P5) level qualification
  • 6+ years of demonstrable ERP project management experience
  • 8+ years of demonstrable ERP project management experience for P5
  • Working knowledge of HCM, Financials, or SIS systems
