The Base Supervisor leads daily operations of the Lifeflight Ground EMS base, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant patient care while providing leadership, coaching, and scheduling for paramedic and AEMT staff.
LifeFlight Ground EMS operates a fleet of 21 ALS-equipped ambulances across multiple Middle Tennessee locations focusing on interfacility transfers and supporting Vanderbilt and non-Vanderbilt facilities.
